I have been a patient of Dr. Oloufa's for 10 years and she has always been very informative, communicates well, available for questions and concerns. As a practice, West Orange Women's is good at scheduling, not overbooking and wait time isn't too long.

Dr. Oloufa opened up extra time on Saturday for a Telavisit to review my labs. Only someone that truly cares about their patients would voluntarily work extra on a Saturday.
The only downside is that it’s taken awhile to get in for a procedure. But, I’m confident if it was worrisome she would have me in sooner.

Dr. Oloufa has been my doctor for 24 years. She is caring, pleasant and knowledgeable, always taking the time to speak with you and answer questions. I highly recommend West Orange Women’s Care.

Dr. OLOUFA is very nice but her staff is horrible with the exception of 1 nurse. They are unprofessional and I was hung up on and when I called back to speak about the issue I was transferred around until I asked for the Dr. to call me and they stated she wouldn’t call for a long time if the message was even given to her. Again very unprofessional, this behavior is unacceptable ! This is a medical office I will be reporting this.
